Worst place I ever lived. So glad I sodl. Elevators take forever, fire alarms every day, evacuations, really bad construction

Close to Union Station. Relatively new amenities. Nice pool.

Horrible experience living here. Elevators are broken down for months on end.

AND A/C was broken here for weeks. Do people realize how hot this summer has been??? I honestly couldn’t sleep in this heat. Crazy how much I’m paying in rent for THIS to be the level of service and living I’m getting.

Best Part?

I’ve lived here for the past 5 years and I honestly never had as many issues as this building is known for. Maybe we were living on a good floor or something. But we’re a big building in the middle of downtown Toronto and some amount of noise and social gathering is to be expected. Isn’t that why we want to live downtown? Also I never had any complaints about fire alarms or loud neighbours or whatever that blogTO always will say.

Worst Part?

Elevators are definitely a bit slow but I know that’s everywhere in a big condo building nowadays. Also, Lakeshore traffic is AWFUL. Not anyone’s fault here.

Stayed here while on holiday in Canada from Portugal. My family and I had no issues at all - the proximity to so many attractions is so wonderful for Toronto and the view from the space was also good. Feels like Manhattan.

Amazing views and pretty awesome location. Lots of amenities for a condo. Building is super close for concerts and games. Traffic gets pretty chaotic but hey what can you do, it’s Toronto.

Worst Part?

Elevators are super slow and disorganized. SO many people going in and out.

Garbage chutes are often stinky. People need to take better care of their trash.
