BUYER BEWARE!!! the only pro to this place is the nice design.

1. heating and AC causes constant noise in your unit... management claims they've solved it but clearly they haven't because we still hear it

2. summer humidity manages to WARP the floors here, how is this possible when this is a brand new build????

3. not sure how they designed the air circulation in this building but the lobby reeks of garbage because of the chutes

we desperately want to move out but are scared by the new renting costs...
