Best Part?

Shoutout to Ranjeeta and Jarek from the management office. We've lived in many buildings in Toronto before and the team here are among the best. This is a wonderful neighbourhood and the building has wonderful amenities and offerings.

Worst Part?

Some tenants aren't great about cleaning up after themselves. Not the building's fault but get it together everyone!

Elevators always broken. Takes seriously 20 mins every day just to get in and out of my unit

Best Part?

How many condo buildings can brag about having an indoor basketball court!! The entire 6th floor amenities are great. Building has a great community hub feel and lots of awesome things to do in the area.

Worst Part?

Elevators are often broken... we live on a lower floor so it's okay but I imagine it can be brutal if you're near the top. Also, the lobby's front entrance has a bit of a funny design. I suppose it's art.....

Best Part?

Cleaning company there are the best.

Worst Part?

I lived in this building for over three years and I’m disappointed with the management’s performance especially Mr. Ed Johnson and Nisha Kuhar.

During my entire residency and especially toward the end, the management has consistently failed to address major issues that affect residents’ daily lives.

The steam room/sauna has been out of service for more than three months, with little to no communication or visible effort to repair it. Despite multiple complaints from residents, no meaningful updates were provided and the facility remains unusable.

The elevator situation is unacceptable. During rush hours, wait times are often 15-20 minutes or more, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating; especially for residents on higher floors. This has become an ongoing problem with no real action taken to improve service or reduce delays.

Overall, the management has shown a lack of responsiveness and accountability. Maintenance issues persist far too long, and resident concerns are not taken seriously. I cannot recommend living here based on my experience.
