Best Part?

AMAZING location. Restaurants close by, St Lawrence market, Union Station around the corner. Cool gym that impresses visitors... it's split over 4 floors! But more on that later... overall this is a good building. Just scratch beneath the surface and there are daily annoyances...

Worst Part?

This fancy 4 floor gym is missing a ton of basic equipment. Who maxes dumbbells at 15 or 20 lbs?? Also, no visitor parking. There is tons of public parking in the area but just not thoughtful to offer that as a perk for residents.

The area is better now that the shelter has moved... was rough during the pandemic whenever we'd come by. Still a bit scary at times but a lot better than before.
