Best Part?

This building is located right next to St Patrick subway station, which is really convenient for commuting to work or to run errands. Building remains really new and looks very different compared to everything else on University avenue.

Worst Part?

Sliding glass doors counting for bedrooms... are we seriously still doing that these days? Also, neighbourhood is a bit quiet and commercial... it gets better once you're on Dundas either towards Eaton centre or Chinatown but University itself is a bit like an office street, so living here is a bit sterile on its own.
