Best Part?

Close to a LOT of restaurants in Queen West, Baldwin, Chinatown, and Kensington Market. Walking distance to Dundas and Eaton Centre and within 5 minutes of a streetcar line and subway stations. Everything you need, all around you.

Worst Part?

The amenities and infrastructure need a bit of modernization; definitely starting to show its age. Depending on where you live, it can be a bit hard to get natural lighting in your unit.

Beautiful covered garden, access to private access to Village by The Grange, beautiful Grange park just across the street, in the downtown core but away from all the noise.
