Best Part?

Hottest spot in the city every December... if you know you know. Definitely very festive and lively, but otherwise the area can be a bit quiet during the rest of the year. Not the most "community" feel of a place, feels more like a tourist destination that goes quiet after dark.

Worst Part?

Wish there was more long-term resident-feeling community in the area.
