You're super close to everything, it has wonderful transit access, and Koreatown just west. So many amazing restaurants along Bloor!
Worst Part?
At least one elevator is always down, which is frustrating when there's only two in the entire building. If the maintenance was better this would be a 5/5 building.

Favorite neighborhood in the city!! This is a great building. We're really happy here.

The only complaint is all the construction and dust from across the street. But looks like it's almost over.
