Best Part?

Great building, great area. Feels like you're walking into a seaside hotel. Security is friendly and the whole building feels very luxe.

Worst Part?

Wish it was easier to get around the area without a car. Street blocks are huge around here and everything is a few blocks away. If you have a car though, that solves it.

Best Part?

This is a great condo building right on the lake, with a wonderful pool and amenities. Everything is kept really nice and clean here and management is very responsive. Shoutout to Sonia the property manager, not sure if she's still running the place but she was fantastic whenever we had any issues.

Worst Part?

Mosquitoes in the summer! Keep your windows closed! But if you live by any lake in the summer that will be the case.
